What an inspiring celebration to hit 50 years of marriage! That is just what happened for this lovely couple and I couldn't have been more thrilled to have worked with the husband to create this “family tree” inspired piece for his wife for their 50th anniversary. Even more fun, the cuff was gifted during their special trip to Hawaii, as they celebrated such a milestone. Read on to see how this 50th Family Tree came about.

For this piece, I knew that my Bonjour Belle Collection would serve as the perfect inspiration, where we could tailor the details to the exact family scenario, including symbolism for each family member. We first drew inspiration from my Fleur de Deux Vignes Cuff, but decided to do something a little extra special. When my client saw my Fleur Précieuse Necklace in yellow gold, we came up with the idea of making a two-tone cuff bracelet in a silver base, with yellow gold accent flowers to signify each family member in the family tree. What a perfect gift for a 50th wedding anniversary...a unique piece that tells the story of the whole family legacy!

After a bit of planning, this piece came together quite quickly. Each person has their own flower representing them, as the flowers are blooming and branching out across the surface. This client’s wrist is tiny...but remember, I can tailor anything just to the size that it needs to be!
As you can see, the two-tone look is gorgeous, allowing the flowers to seemingly pop out of the surface, while the vine wraps elegantly around the wrist. My client and his wife were thrilled with the outcome and of course, his wife was delighted to receive this special piece as a complete surprise during their trip to Hawaii.
